Elevation Advisors LLP (“Elevation”) has implemented a remuneration policy (the “Policy”) to set out the policies and procedures for Elevation surrounding remuneration of Elevation’s executives and employees. The policy has been drafted, approved, implemented and reviewed by Elevation’s Board of Directors.
The Policy has been drafted in alignment with Elevation’s long-term objectives which include the incorporation of ESG and sustainability opportunities and risks across all business operations and investment management activities. This policy aims to incentivise executives and employees to integrate sustainability risks into their daily activities and investment decision-making.
