Andrea Auteri

Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Andrea co-founded Elevation and is focused on fundraising, strategy and management. Prior to co-founding Elevation, Andrea set up and headed HCP, Inc.’s (currently known as Healthpeak Properties, the US listed healthcare REIT) European office based in London. Before this, Andrea was a senior member of the Goldman Sachs financing team in London, where he spent 12 years providing capital to healthcare corporates and private equity funds across Europe. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Andrea developed a broad range of skills in the field of financing, portfolio management and restructuring with a specific focus on healthcare financing. Andrea is a CFA Charterholder and holds an M.Sc., summa cum laude, from L. Bocconi University.

Hunter Drew

Managing Partner and Co-Founder

Hunter co-founded Elevation and is primarily focused on transaction and fund structuring and execution. Prior to co-founding Elevation, Hunter was part of HCP, Inc.’s (currently known as Healthpeak Properties), the US listed healthcare REIT) European office based in London.  Before this, Hunter was a solicitor in leveraged finance at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in London and Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney, Australia.  A large part of Hunter’s legal practice was focused on structuring and executing healthcare and real estate financing transactions. Hunter holds a B Bus LLB (1st Class Hon) from UTS, Sydney.

Simon Webster

Partner

Simon is involved in underwriting new investment/development transactions, managing the development programme, asset management and operator relationships.  Prior to joining Elevation, Simon was Managing Partner of The Silvertown Partnership, a 7 million square feet mixed use regeneration project in East London.  Simon’s healthcare experience combines both real estate and operations with 4 years at The Goodman Group (US-based family–owned senior living operator) and 8 years as Head of European Development and UK Managing Director of Sunrise Senior Living, a premier private pay operator in UK with circa 3,500 employees.  His experience includes 12 years at Marks & Spencer as Head of Acquisitions and Development and 3 years at Sainsbury’s as Director of Planning and Development. Simon is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. 

Mary Hamilton

Chief Underwriting Officer

Mary is responsible for leading Elevation’s investment process and underwriting discipline to ensure the optimal deployment and management of the credit and equity funds. Prior to joining Elevation, Mary was a portfolio manager of a series of pan-European, discretionary real estate debt funds at PGIM Real Estate and then Arrow Global Group. Prior to PGIM, Mary worked at various lending institutions and a property company, leading, manging and executing complex transactions, and optimising the performance of the assets across equity and credit.

Sadish Kumar

Chief Financial Officer

Sadish is responsible for financial management, strategic leadership, risk management, treasury functions, team leadership, best practices, optimising efficiency, and supporting the strategy and initiatives of Elevation.  Prior to Elevation, Sadish had a 14+ year career at CBRE Investment Management where he was, in the last five years, a Senior Director and Head of Financial Operations for UK Direct Real Estate Strategies.  Here he had oversight of financial strategy of UK funds and segregated mandates totalling £12bn AUM with responsibilities including best practice implementation, liquidity management, external debt arrangement, fund reporting, investor relations, performance analytics, valuations, regulatory compliance, financial structuring and tax due diligence on investments operating in several structures and jurisdictions.

Sadish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from London Guildhall University and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Karen McGinley

General Counsel

Karen is responsible for deal execution across Elevation’s portfolios, as well as internal compliance and policy matters. Karen became General Counsel during the summer of 2022, having joined in late 2021 as Transaction Director. Karen has over 14 years’ experience in real estate law working in private practice, most recently at Fieldfisher where her practice included healthcare focused real estate finance. Karen graduated with a Bachelor of Law and French from University College Cork, Ireland, and is a solicitor qualified to practice in England & Wales.

Jacob Hurtley

Director of ESG and Portfolio Management

Jacob is responsible for portfolio management for our assets under management and embedding ESG and sustainability across Elevation’s operations and assets, working in collaboration with operating partners to implement our ESG and portfolio strategy. Prior to joining Elevation, Jacob spent five years working in the healthcare real estate business line at Octopus Real Estate, working with operating partners to evolve ESG in the assets and within their organisations, in addition to a focus on property management. Jacob holds a BA (Hons) in Geography and an MSc in Real Estate Management.

Eamonn Meadows

Investment Director

In Eamonn’s role as Investment Director, he manages both leased investment and credit platforms, and has responsibility for developing new operator relationships and underwriting new transactions. Eamonn has 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, including investment management, property management, finance, and consultancy. Prior to joining Elevation, Eamonn worked for ten years at Jones Lang LaSalle in the healthcare team in London. He holds a BA (Hons) in Property Development & Planning and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

James Giles

Investment Director

James manages two lease platforms focused on high-quality, purpose-built real estate for the private-pay market. James has responsibility for developing new operator relationships, origination, underwriting and execution of new transactions, bank financing and asset management. Prior to joining Elevation, James worked for Lloyds Bank for four years, experiencing various debt financing and relationship management roles. James is a CFA Charterholder and he holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics & Statistics from The University of Plymouth.

Yoad Hariely

Investment Director

In Yoad’s role as Investment Director, he manages two joint venture platforms, and has responsibility for developing new operator relationships and underwriting new transactions. Prior to joining Elevation, Yoad worked at Brown Shipley, Private Banking and Wealth Management. Yoad holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Industrial Economics from The University of Nottingham.

Zach Smith

Investment Director

In Zach’s role as Investment Director, he manages and supports both credit and leased investment platforms, and has responsibility for developing new operator relationships, underwriting and execution of new transactions, and asset management. Prior to joining Elevation, Zach worked at Lloyds Banking Group for three years in roles including securitisation, credit analysis, and relationship management. Zach has passed Level III of the CFA Program and holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from The University of Oxford.

Madison Kominski

Investment Associate

Madison is responsible for supporting the full investment and asset management lifecycle of our lease platforms, including developing new operator relationships, underwriting and execution of new transactions. Previously, Madison worked in investment banking at Stifel Europe, as a corporate finance advisor to UK listed real estate companies. Madison holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics.

Paul Reutter

Investment Associate

In Paul’s role as Investment Associate, he supports the investment teams at all stages of the investment and asset management cycle. Prior to joining Elevation, Paul completed internships in real estate private equity and commercial property management firms and has experience across European real estate markets, having lived in Germany, the U.K., the Netherlands and Denmark.  Paul graduated from The London School of Economics with an MSc in International Political Economy and holds a First Class BSc (Hons) in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics from University of Amsterdam.

Tabita Stupar

Investment Analyst

Tabita supports the investment teams at all stages of the investment and asset management cycle, primarily on our value-add lease and credit platforms. Prior to joining Elevation, Tabita was in the Financial Services Audit team at KPMG, after working at real estate financing firm Landbay, focusing on buy-to-let transactions. Tabita holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Management from University of Sunderland, and she is currently working towards the CFAB qualification from ICAEW.

Henry Rutman

Investment Analyst

In Henry’s role as Investment Analyst, he supports the investment teams at all stages of the investment and asset management cycle, primarily working on our lease platforms. Prior to joining Elevation, Henry was an analyst on an internship programme at ARA Europe (the European Platform of ESR Group) and previously gained experience at Patron Capital and Ashby Capital. Henry holds an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School and was awarded an academic scholarship, and graduated with First Class BA (Hons) with Dean’s Commendation from the University of Exeter.

Osman Khan

Head of Fund Accounting

Osman is responsible for the management of Elevation’s fund operations and reporting, and has over ten years’ real estate experience.  Prior to joining Elevation, Osman was responsible for multiple UK, European and US real estate fund products at Roundhill Capital, Tristan Capital and Lloyds Banking Group, with his most recent role focused on US and EU residential and mixed-use portfolios.  Osman is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the Oxford Brookes University.

Matt Hawksworth

Fund Accountant

Matt supports the preparation of Elevation’s fund accounts, financial reporting, regulatory compliance and year-end audits. Prior to joining Elevation, Matt was at the accountancy practice Venthams Ltd (10 years) where he spent the last five years as a Client Manager for a portfolio of auditing and accounting clients. Matt gained the ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants) qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and has an MSci in Marine Biology from the University of Southampton.

Dean Philcox

Fund Accountant

Dean is supporting the preparation of Elevation’s fund accounts, financial reporting, regulatory compliance and year-end audits.  Prior to joining Elevation, Dean spent 15 years at Montagu Private Equity LLP as a Senior Accounts Assistant, joining from Hill and Knowlton (now WPP Group) where he was the Assistant Accountant.  Dean is a member of the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and is currently working towards the ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) qualification.

Liberty Broome

Operations Director

Liberty is responsible for supporting Elevation’s business operations across compliance, tax, IT, insurance, office management, and investor due diligence, reporting and onboarding. Liberty joined Elevation from Aspect Property Management where she was the Operations & Office Manager; here she had oversight of several areas including HR, business continuity, compliance and financial reporting on the property portfolio.  Liberty holds a BA from the University of Kent in Classical Studies and Archaeology, and has qualified in Prince2 and CIPP.

Sarah D’haène

Marketing Manager

Sarah leads Elevation’s external marketing, supporting business development and managing all corporate communications, branding and events. Prior to joining Elevation, Sarah was Associate Manager of Global Marketing at Multifonds, a global Transfer Agency and Accounting platform, and PR & Communications Manager at investment management consultancy Investit (now part of Accenture).
