We have an ESG policy in place for all of our asset management activities to ensure that best practice is followed in respect of ESG and sustainability.

Operating Partner ESG Guides

Each year, we publish a guide on ESG and sustainability in healthcare which is shared with all our operating partners. The purpose of the guide is to introduce topics and developments in the subject area, and the practical steps we can take together to improve operations and the sustainability of healthcare real estate assets. Social Framework

Two of our funds, Elevation Healthcare Properties (EHP) and Elevation Credit Partners III (ECP III), have a comprehensive ESG strategy in place to provide a high level of environmental sustainability and positive social impact.

As part of this strategy, we have produced a Social Framework to identify key areas of focus and establish a structured approach to measuring and communicating the outcomes of the investments. To monitor the progression of the funds’ social impact, we have produced annual reports which highlight the key initiatives undertaken throughout the reporting year:

Carbon Reports

Working with an external environmental consultant, we are identifying ways to reduce the carbon emissions of our business activities.

2025 Our 2025 report presents our finalised carbon footprint for Elevation and trajectory towards our net zero strategy aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative for financial institutions. The report details the carbon emissions for the 2024 calendar year at a corporate level and for six of our investment platforms. We will continue to integrate actions to reduce our carbon emissions, and those of our assets under management, as we continue to work towards our ultimate goal of a Net-Zero future.
2024 Our 2024 report presents our finalised net zero strategy for Elevation aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative for financial institutions, at a corporate level and for four of our investment platforms using our 2023 emissions as a baseline. Our next step is to implement the strategy we have outlined in this report.
As outlined in the 2025 Carbon Footprint report above, we partnered with Nature Broking and Bank Farm in Kent to procure a further 174 carbon removal credits in 2025 compared to our operational carbon footprint of 116.87 tCO2e in the 2024 reporting period. Bank Farm combines regenerative agriculture, agroforestry and habitat creation to reduce and remove greenhouse gases and restore nature. 2023 Our first Carbon Footprint Report breaks down Elevation’s 2022 emissions and the emissions for four of our investment platforms and identifies opportunities to reduce our overall emissions. Following the calculation for 2022, we purchased and retired 222 tonnes of verified carbon removal offsets, which is 140 more than our 2022 operational footprint.
