EHCP has developed nine new purpose-built care homes as part of its high-quality portfolio, increasing supply by 584 new ensuite wetroom beds. The two care homes sold, comprising 132 beds, are situated in Stoke and Shrewsbury and operated by HC-One.
The homes which opened in early 2023, both have EPC A ratings and BREEAM In-Use ratings of Very-Good and Excellent. The homes offer residential and residential dementia care with facilities including libraries, hairdressers, outdoor gardens and large social spaces for the enjoyment of residents, staff and their local communities.
