Andrea Auteri, Managing Partner and Co-Founder, was honoured in the ‘Property Investor’ category, acknowledging Andrea’s dedication to advancing investment in the sector and that under his proactive leadership, Elevation has quickly evolved into a leading investment management firm.

The judges said: “Andrea has been very active in the market this year, with an impressive list of transactions that has seen Elevation go from strength to strength.”

Jacob Hurtley, ESG Director, has been named the winner of the ‘ESG and Impact’ category.  His commitment to environmental, social and governance principles, along with his collaboration with industry peers to drive the ESG agenda, has earned him this prestigious recognition.

The judges said: “It’s clear that Jacob lives and breathes ESG both inside and outside his work and is making a real difference.  They were impressed by his work implementing an ambitious ESG strategy across 160+ healthcare real estate assets.”

James Giles, Investment Director, was also shortlisted in the ‘One to Watch: Investors/Advisors’ category recognising the significant growth of the two lease real estate funds James portfolio manages at Elevation.
