Elevation Advisors LLP (“Elevation”), a specialist healthcare and senior housing real estate investment manager, is pleased to announce its inclusion as a new entrant in the Impact 75 Ranking, published by PEI Group on New Private Markets. The ranking brings together private markets managers across asset classes that are raising and deploying capital with the intention of positive social or environmental impact alongside financial returns.
Elevation ranked 71st among the largest private markets impact managers globally, having raised US$956.57 million (equivalent) in impact capital in the five years up to 31 December 2025 (the full list can be seen here).
The recognition marks an important milestone for the firm and reflects the strategy Elevation has built, combining specialist real estate expertise in an essential social infrastructure, with responsible investment principles and a commitment to delivering positive social and environmental outcomes.
High-quality care homes, senior housing and specialist healthcare assets play an important role in supporting residents, families, operators and local communities, while also responding to long-term demographic trends across the UK and Europe.
Through its platform, Elevation works closely with operating partners to support c. 9,000 care beds in high-quality assets that can deliver positive social impact to their wide communities. This includes a focus on social metrics, asset quality, environmental performance and the delivery of care environments that are fit for the future.
Within Elevation Healthcare Properties, a private open-ended healthcare real estate fund advised by Elevation, 48% of its portfolio of 3,557 needs-based senior housing beds have been newly developed, turnkey or refurbished by EHP. Additionally, 93% of its beds provide ensuite wetrooms enabling personal care to be given in a resident’s room rather than in a shared space.
Alongside social outcomes, Elevation remains committed to improving environmental performance across its portfolios. In its closed-ended senior housing credit fund, ECP III, 100% of operational assets have an EPC rating of A-B (based on the EPC methodology in England and Wales), supporting the firm’s wider focus on energy efficiency, climate resilience and sustainable asset management.

Andrea Auteri, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Elevation said: “The Impact 75 recognition comes at a time when we are continuing to expand our platform across Europe, supported by the long-term demand for high-quality healthcare and senior housing infrastructure. This is a significant achievement for our team, who remains focused on deploying capital into assets that support residents, operators and communities, while seeking to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investor partners. We would like to thank PEI Group and New Private Markets for recognising the continued growth of impact investing across private markets and for highlighting managers seeking to create measurable social and environmental value.”
