He is an experienced leader, mentor and investment strategist, with a global view of real estate markets honed by years on investment committees, and a focus on the mitigation of investment risk. He has been a fiduciary for his clients and managed his own commingled real estate funds through the cycle.
Additionally, Phil has a detailed understanding of the causes and impact of climate change with a focus on reducing emissions and the carbon used in the built environment. This is aligned with Elevation who has a commitment to enhancing the environmental outcomes of its investment activities by investing in and developing modern, high-quality healthcare real estate which is built for longevity and makes a positive contribution to their wider communities.
