Elevation Healthcare Properties (“EHP”), a real estate fund advised by Elevation Advisors LLP (“Elevation”), is pleased to announce that on this date it has converted its structure into a REIT, listed on The International Stock Exchange based in Jersey (“TISE”).
Matthew James, Director of Finance and Operations at Elevation said: “we are excited to list EHP on TISE. Becoming a REIT will allow EHP to build a more efficient platform to continuing investing in the healthcare real estate sector.”
EHP continues to pursue further transactions with a growing exclusive pipeline of future potential investments.
